These terms apply to all sales of infrared saunas and related products.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our website signifies your acceptance of those changes.
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is owned by Wholesale Saunas and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from this site without express permission.

2. Warranty

All infrared saunas come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover damage due to improper use, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with proof of purchase.

3. Returns & Refunds

Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Returns are only accepted if the sauna is unopened and in its original packaging.
If the sauna has been set up, used, or removed from its original packaging, returns will not be accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect.
If an item is deemed faulty upon arrival, we will offer a replacement or repair in line with ACL.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty.
We are not liable for any damage that occurs during shipping. Customers are encouraged to inspect the product upon arrival and report any damage within 48 hours of delivery. Any damage reported after this period may not be eligible for compensation or replacement.

4. Shipping Policy

We offer shipping across Australia.
Delivery times vary depending on location. Standard delivery time is 5-10 business days.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.
Customers must inspect the product upon arrival and report any damage within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Limitation of Liability

Wholesale Saunas is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
You agree to indemnify Wholesale Saunas from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the misuse of the products purchased.
We are not liable for damage to the item that occurs during shipping, beyond what is covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
